We are located on the south east corner of Euclid and Lee, in Tucson, Arizona, at 822 E. Lee St. Lee is located five blocks north of Speedway.
Rental Policy - No Pets No Smoking in apartments. Discrimination is not tolerated against

Occupancy Standard - Two persons maximum per bedroom.
Apartments - We offer two apartment styles, studio and one bedrooms.
We offer two different apartment layouts:
- Studio aparment: Utilizes its space with a full bath and kitchen and is spread out over 350 square feet.
- One Bedroom: Features include full bath, kitchen, living room area, bedroom, and walk-in closet. This model is spread out over 420 square feet.
